Booking terms for Baffin Cabins.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Baffin Cabins website, cabin rentals, guided fishing trips, transportation, all-inclusive packages, social media pages, and related services. By booking, purchasing, visiting, posting, submitting content, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or book services with Baffin Cabins.

Bookings and Payment

Prices, availability, cabin capacity, package details, transportation options, and service descriptions may change at any time. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and Baffin Cabins confirms the reservation.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, trip details, guest counts, and any information needed to safely provide the service.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Baffin Cabins does not provide refunds for cancelled bookings, no-shows, early departures, unused services, weather concerns that do not meet the rescheduling policy, or changes in personal circumstances.

Because cabin rentals, guided trips, transportation, and package dates are reserved specifically for each customer, payment is due according to the booking terms provided at purchase and is non-refundable once paid.

Rescheduling Policy

Baffin Cabins allows free rescheduling when weather conditions include sustained winds of 30 mph or higher for the scheduled service period, as reasonably determined by Baffin Cabins using available weather information.

If the sustained-wind threshold is met, we will work with you to reschedule the affected booking to a future available date at no additional rescheduling fee. Rescheduled dates are subject to cabin, captain, transportation, staffing, and service availability.

Forecasts, rain, cold, heat, tides, fishing conditions, personal schedule changes, travel delays, or other weather conditions do not automatically qualify for free rescheduling unless the sustained-wind policy applies or Baffin Cabins separately approves the change in writing.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions, respecting cabin property, using equipment appropriately, complying with applicable laws, and supervising minors and members of their party.

Guests may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, lost equipment, unsafe behavior, unauthorized guests, or violations of rules communicated before or during the trip.

Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor Risks

Cabin stays, boating, fishing, transportation, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including weather, water conditions, wildlife, slips, falls, equipment failure, and other hazards. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to act responsibly.

Baffin Cabins may modify, delay, relocate, or cancel activities when needed for safety, legal compliance, guide availability, equipment issues, or operational reasons.

Customer Content and Social Media

If you submit stories, photos, reviews, testimonials, messages, or other content to Baffin Cabins, or if you post, comment, tag, or upload content on a Baffin Cabins Facebook page, Instagram profile, or other public social media page, you consent to that content being public according to the applicable platform settings and policies.

You grant Baffin Cabins permission to view, moderate, respond to, display, repost, save, and use content related to Baffin Cabins for customer service, marketing, gallery, testimonial, safety, and operational purposes. You represent that you have the rights needed to share the content and that it does not violate another person's rights.

Baffin Cabins may remove, decline, or moderate submitted or public-facing content at our discretion. To request removal of content from channels we control, contact us at the support email below.

Third-Party Platforms

Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, payment processors, email providers, booking tools, maps, and analytics services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own terms and policies.

Baffin Cabins is not responsible for third-party platform availability, policies, content, fees, data handling, or actions.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Baffin Cabins is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from weather, travel issues, fishing results, third-party platforms, customer conduct, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
