The Summer House is our premier floater. Built in 2021, this beauty sleeps 6 comfortably in two 3x3 bunkbeds. It is great to entertain with 12 foot high ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and green lights on 3 sides of the house. The upstairs deck is the perfect place for a cold beer and cornhole match. The Summer House boasts a fully reclinable couch, a large table, and a flatscreen TV.

Pricing: $400 per night.

The Dawg House

The Dawg House was our first floater we custom Built. There is always something about your first. This beauty sleeps 6 comfortably in two 2x2 bunkbeds and a pullout couch that sleeps 2. It does not have the upstairs deck like The Summer House, but it does have years of experience catching monsters off the porch. It’s a great place to come unplug with family or friends and catch fish all night. The Dawg House boasts a pullout couch, a great tabletop island, and a flatscreen TV.

Pricing: $300 per night.

The Dawg House Details

1. Built in June of 2019. By fisherman for fisherman.

2. Four bunks plus an additional pullout sofa that sleeps two. The cabin can accommodate up to 6 people.

3. Indoor bathroom and full size shower

4. 20’ x 8’ covered fishing deck with LED 16,000 lumens green light that attracts many species of fish

5. Cabin has been strategically placed close to some of the best fishing spots on the Texas Gulf Coast. Just minutes away from the Badlands, Cat Head, Tide Gauge Bar, and Point of Rocks. 20 minute boat ride to the Land Cut. The cabin is located along the famous King Ranch Shoreline just south of Compuerta Pass.

6. Well insulated and has a 10,000 BTU AC unit drawing power from a gasoline generator.

7. Cabin has propane cook top and galley kitchen with a table that will accommodate 6 people to gather for eating or playing cards.

8. Cabin includes a propane BBQ pit, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, and any utensils you may need.

9. The cabin is 20’ x 30’ that has 16’ x 20’ living quarters and 20’ x 8’ fishing deck.

Cabin Rentals

Experience some of the nicest floating cabins on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Details & Pricing: The nightly rental fee includes a trip up to 6 people. Checkin time is 1pm. Checkout time is 12pm noon (check in time can be adjusted based on occupancy). Full payment is required at time of booking. Transportation to and from cabin can be arranged by a licensed boat captain for an additional fee. Weekend bookings require a 2 night minimum stay. Gift cards available for purchase.

Want to get away, but don’t own a boat? Looking for an all-inclusive experience? Let USCG licensed Captain David Lowry give you an upscale, local adventure with multiple guided fishing trips and gourmet meals.

Details & Pricing: two night stay with 1-4 fisherman. All bait and tackle will be provided. Multiple guided fishing trips. 3 meals a day will be provided. We will fish out of the boat during the day and fish the cabin green light at night. Total trip cost of $3,400. Additional guests are possible for an additional fee. Capt. David Lowry has been fishing the Laguna Madre and Baffin Bay for 25+ years. Book a half or full day to target speckled trout, black drum, redfish, and maybe some flounder. His 23’ Shoalwater can accommodate up to 5 of your party. All bait and equipment is provided for the best South Texas fishing experience.
