Cabin Rentals

Nightly Rental Fee: $300 - $400 | *Check-in Time: 1pm | *Check-out Time: 12pm noon

The nightly rental fee includes a trip up to 6 people. Full payment required at time of booking. Due to the nature of our business, there will be no refunds on booked dates unless it is weather related. If winds are sustained at 30mph or greater your trip can be rescheduled without additional fees.

*Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted based on previous occupancy.

Pricing:
The Summer House: $400 per night
The Dawg House: $300 per night

Guided Fishing Trip

Half Day Trip: $450 | Full Day Trip: $600 | Price covers 2 fisherman. Each additional fisherman + $100 per person up to 5 fisherman.

Half Day trip time: 6:30am - 11:30am (5 hours) | Full Day trip time: 6:30am - 2:30pm (8 hours) | Trip duration can very based on season and weather conditions.

Cancelation Policy: 100% refund if customer cancels with 7 days notice from planned trip. 50% refund if customer cancels with at least 4 days notice. If customer cancels within 3 days of planned trip no refund will be given.

All guided fishing trips will be scheduled based on weather and given availability. Guided fishing trip fees include all bait, equipment and waters. You are invited to bring your own snacks, beer or sodas.

All-Inclusive 2 day Package

Total Package: $3,200 | 2 Night Stay in Floating Cabin | 3 Prepared Meals Per Day | Guided Fishing Trips

The All-Inclusive 2 day package includes 2 nights on the floating cabin, 2 guided fishing trips from USCG Licensed Captain David Lowry, and 3 meals provided per day. The maximum party size is 5 people.
